How to Register

Registration Conditions:
Please read the registration conditions carefully before registration. Payment must be completed within 24 hours, or your booking will be automatically cancelled.

Individual Registration

1. Access the online registration page at www.roicam.id
2. Click Registration menu
3. Select Registration Category (Oncologist, Resident, GP, etc.)
4. Complete your personal data accurately
5. Select additional workshops or symposia if desired
6. Double check your data and selection
7. Click Finish Registration
8. Make online payment through available methods
9. You will receive a confirmation email
10. E-certificate will be sent after the event

Group / Sponsor Registration

To register multiple participants:

• Contact committee for group access
• Whatsapp: Herman (081808833188)
• Whatsapp: Indri (085714582808)
• Committee will create account & provide login
• Voucher code & guarantee letter will be issued
• Login at roicam.id/login
• Click Add Participant
• Fill participant data
• Double check your data
• Click Finish Registration
• Complete payment
